How do I get to the room that contains the level item/passageway to the level item in the mobln villa (Go to the quest description page and the room I am talking about is the center screenshot, I only know that by using the map info from that screenshot and comparing it to what room was missing in my own quest progress)?

One of the nice features of ZC is the ability to make raft paths. Always try to press different directions while on the raft to see if any hidden paths exist. In this case, hold left while on the path in the room next to it and you can make your way into this room.
