Fan Games / Sequels

I'm on the lookout for some decent games based on some big-name series. I know there's a couple of other threads about this, but they don't really have what I'm looking for. I've got a couple of Final Fantasy and Monkey Island games, but I'm addicted and need more! I'm looking for fan-games based on:

Monkey Island, Indiana Jones, Final Fantasy, Sonic the Hedgehog, Mario, Chrono Trigger, Breath of Fire and any other decent RPG series. Those who've actually released something, even if it's only a demo.

Illusion Of Gaia was a sequel, and a prequel at the same time. You buy for a hefty fee though.

Well have you tried Chrono Cross? -Sequel to Chrono Trigger

And the new Final Fantasy 12 should be coming out very soon It looks very good...

Dammit, will everyone stop switching to ATBs? I like my turn based fights!

I have tried Chrono Cross, and it's pretty good. The sort of games I'm after though are ones like this one (http://www.gamingw.net/games/545) - fan made sequels. I've found some, and I want more, dammit!

Well...there's Chrono Trigger 2: Radical Dreamers...which is unknown enough to be considered fan based. But it's also text based.
