Which questc are you talking about? If it's one of the quests that comes with the game, then maybe I can help you. But until I know which quest you're talking about, I can't.

it would be easier if I knew what quest you were playing, but I'll just assume its 1st.qst for now. If that's the case, use the candle to burn the tree blocking the path on screen 6D, and the stairs to Level 8 should show up.
