is it possible to make the c buttons of oot, i want to make my quest. is it possible to play the ocarina with different buttons and make different warp songs.
can i make new characters and new scenes objects(link room tables, walls, deku tree) in quest editor?

C buttons, no. Ocarina, no. Different warp songs, no.

New characters and new scene objects, yes. You just make the tiles and assign them to combos. The program is based on Nintendo's Legend of Zelda. So you have to make the game in those restrictions. However, you can do almost anything, bug and ability willing, within those restrictions. And with the right imagination, you can make a game that can push the abilities and make it seem like it's not a zelda game.

A few examples of this is Petoe's Megaman game, the various Metroid titles, and a few others I don't have off the top of my head.
