Whistle Warps

How do you get a whirlwind to appear when you use the Whistle? I've used it before, but it never made a whirlwind... Any help would be appreciated.

Nevermind. They work now. Odd how they worked after I posted that... Now, here's another question: Will they take you to a dungeon that you haven't entered before? I have the whistle in level 3 and I don't want it to take you to level 4 before you get the raft...

No, the whistle warps prevent that for happening, you must have Level 4 triforce to enter Level 4 via whistle.

Actually, I just think you need to enter the screen you want to warp to. I.E. you can only warp to a secreen you have already been to.

No. You have to acually have the triforce piece form that level for it to take you there.

If you're not sure. Create the senerio and test it.
