Years, decades, ago I saw some sort of cartoon.
I don't remember what it was.
I do remember one episode where there was this flying machine that was covered in clouds, though they didn't know that at first.
It also could do whatever the sidekick wished.
Near the end the hero suspected that is a machine.
He asked the sidekick to wish for, "a big fan," exspecting a fan to appear and blow the clouds away.
Instead though 2 large dogs, or something, appeared.
I don't remember the rest but eventually they did get the clouds to go away and triumphed.
Does anybody know what show it is and what the two dogs have to do with fans?
