thats reserved for the Assult and battle mechs, this is a Heavy mech wich means it has good amount of weapon systems, and heavy armor, but is mainly used for speed and agility...

your gona have to buy the parts to build the mechs in my game... and you will start out with nothing, and will ahve to build up through elementals, and tank tpe vehicals before you even will be close to haveing enouph for a even a recon mech...

im mainly trying to find out if yall like the cellshading, because thats the graphic style the game will be in....

The Cell Shading is making the inner gaming child in me drool. I think he just wet himself as well. Good job. o.o' [/understatement]

So how are you drawing these anyway? Is it straight from your imagination? Are you using some sort of reference as you draw? Are you importing something and/or rotoscoping it to make it look this kickarse?

its just fall off materials and how i choose to distribute them ^_^, im looking for a animator to make the mechs move cause i cant for some reason >_<


they are all bassed off of mechs and building from the mechwarrior series

I'm not sure if it would be any help to you, or what level of quasi-future realism you're going for, but the Department of Defense, and few in the robotics field have done some research and concept designs of multi-pedal automated assault systems (e.g. video-game mechs) for the next few decades. It's neat to see some actual concept machines with strong resemblance to concepts in sci-fi and video games.

I'm not sure where to point you other than popular science (http://www.popsci.com) (which from a scientist's point of view, is a rather sketchy publication), but the concepts are real (however implausable) and nonetheless very interesting and I'm sure could be of some creative use to you.
