Entry Point Not Found?

When trying to open up zquest, beta 6, or the first time, I get a message saying:

"Entry Point Not Found
The proecedure entry point midi_strict could not be located in the dynamic link library alleg42.dll."

What does this mean? I downloaded each Link for 2.11-beta6 so i have alleg, zquest, zc, qst, and fonts. What else must i need?

Make sure you get the latest .dll for Allegro.
