I would love to see you all again and hang out for like a week. Anyone wanna throw up some ideas of where we wanna have this at?

If I don't get sick of my job and quit by then, I'll have a weeks paid vacation this summer. Where ever as long as I can afford it.

Personally, I'd like somewhere a little closer to home, but I figure by then, I should be able to fork out the extra 20 for gas, so shouldn't be a problem.

If it's in late June, I just might go. I'd really like to.

Depends on where it is. Futher west than the 03 convention, and I won't be able to make it. Closer, and that's a maybe, although I'm already slated to go somehwere this summer already.

And this time, I'll be legal. Fuck yeah, albiner's getting drunk tonight.

This year's convention was the perfect distance for me (only an hour away), but I'd be willing to travel a little further. Depending on what kind of job if have this summer, I may or may not be able to stay for a whole week though.

Lets have it in Ohio at a theme park.

Whether I go is entirely dependent on my financial situation. In other words, whether I have a job by that time and if so, whether I can get off work. I'd so like to go though.

No, I'm too lazy, but it sounds like fun :) I haven't been to cedar point in years.

I'd go to Australia. hahah! I can actully go there... I'm not allowed to cross the border into the states. Bastards! Well, I guess I could be let in if I'm lucky but I highly doubt it, alot of people are getting turned around these days.

Australia doesn't care though, I can come and go there as I please :D That would be entertaining, Fight a crocodile! :D

Well, if we go to Cedar Point with 15 or more people we get a small discount.

2 Day Tickets: http://groups.cedarpoint.com/public/twoparks/pricing.cfm

1 Day Tickets: http://groups.cedarpoint.com/public/onedaycp/pricing.cfm

I also know that the local Krogers sometimes sells discounted tickets.

As far as hotels go, we would have tons of options.

Hotel Breakers (http://resorts.cedarpoint.com/public/resorts/index.cfm?resort_id=2)(*snickers*) - I've stayed here before. This is the main park hotel and it is very very nice. Just really fucking expensive. $95 - $580 Depending on date and room type.

Breakers Express (http://resorts.cedarpoint.com/public/resorts/index.cfm?resort_id=1) - I personally think this would be the best bet. It's really close to the park and seems decently priced. $61 - $194 Depending on room type and date.

Castaway Bay (http://castawaybay.cedarpoint.com/public/rates/) - I highly doubt anyone wants to spend the money it takes for this place, but it is awesome. Never been in it but drove by it everytime I go to Cedar Point. It's a frickin water park hotel! lol $200 - $262 Depending on room type and date.

Sandcastle Suites (http://resorts.cedarpoint.com/public/resorts/index.cfm?resort_id=3) - This hotel is really frickin nice, it is where I stayed my last trip there. It's a beachside hotel that's really close to the park. The only problem is the price. $135-$355 Depending on suite type and date.

Lighthouse Point (http://resorts.cedarpoint.com/public/resorts/index.cfm?resort_id=6) - This isn't really even a hotel, it's a set of cottages. Never stayed in em, only seen em as I walked by. Pricing isn't too bad for the amount of people they can hold. $135-$250 Depending on date.

I think the biggest part of this trip will be the cost. That is the one thing I have always noticed about theme parks......everything inside the park is waaaaaay jacked up in price. Food and drinks mostly. I saved a buncha money last time I went by getting a big water bottle and filling it up constantly throughout the day.

True, that's why you just don't eat. :) Kidding. I'm sure there's a way we can go about saving money on food and such.

Well, a few of the hotels were in walking distance so we could always just snack at the park and eat back at the hotel.

Hmmm...that actually sounds pretty good. Any other ideas?

I mean...do we want relaxation or fun?

It will be Summer...I say we fucking have some fun.

What about like...a famous waterpark location? Does Cedar Point have lots of water rides?

If I remember right, Cedar Point has a waterpark with some pretty good rides. Also, I haven't been there since like, the 9th grade, so look at the website... http://www.cedarpoint.com

Cedar Point has a shit load of rides including a big ass water park. If we get a hotel that is close to the park then you just snack here and there and take a big water bottle and fill it up like Glitch said.

The rides are not bad at all, I loved some of them and riding the Millenium Force was great.

It's either Kings Island or Cedar Point that does the discount tickets, I know we do wyandot lake but I thought we did the other ones at some point or another.

Ew. I do not and WILL NOT go to Wyandot lake. The last time I went there, the water was icky and dirty and bleh. Besides, the Heath pool is just as fun and cheaper. :p

We could always get a chalet up at Old Man's cave and get drunk and be crazy :o
