I am playing the Quest For Hyrule. However, I am stuck on level 4. Cannot find the whistle. The last hint from level 3 said "push the rock in the snow-capped mountains" I cannot find the rock. I tried pushing all rocks. Nothing happens. I cannot beat the level's boss without the whistle.
