Advertisements at the bottom? AGN has sold-out.

Though I guess I did need a quick efficient link to buy some candles, NFL tickets, Christian apparel, and hand sanitizer. Those advertisements the "other guys" have just aren't quick enough.

There are popups on the internet still? I haven't seen one since before I installed Mozilla Firebird back when it was still called that.

I'm not one of the 7 people that still surf without a popup blocker.

I don't mind unobtrusive ads like these one bit. If they help to pay for AGN, they've got a good purpose. I hope we never see the day when AGN carries flash ads or super-annoying animated flashing gifs.

You're complaining about a single line of text? Some of the signatures on this site are like the sides of e-buses, billowing diesel smoke right down your gullet. The ads don't even interfere with scrolling, as they're at the very bottom.
