If the 210test (or whatever ZC version you have) quest is unpassworded, open that, and delete all the maps. Then, when you save your quest, click Save as instead of save...

Easier alternative to the above post:

1. Open a quest that has the graphics you want to use in zQuest.
2. Go to file -> export -> Graphics Pack and save it as whatever you want.
3. Start a new quest project.
4. Go to file -> import -> Graphics Pack and open the one you saved. Viola!

Well, you can take the painful task of editing the sprites yourself (quest -> graphics -> tiles), or find some tiles on the internet and import them (purezc.com).
