I'm not good in abbreviations. What does "BS" mean.

Oh, right. In ZC.

Bandai Satellite. They were a series of games released in Japan that were esentially old games redone with fancy-pants graphics. The BS in ZC refers to using the animation style used in the BS Zelda game.

Yes... but the only source I know of would be ROMs, which I probably shouldn't discuss here...
