how do u make people walk around and talk.Because i have mission for the player to find three of the children .

You would have to use combo cycling to make it so people walk around.

As far as talking, I'm presuming you're referring to having people talk to you when you walk up to them in a manner similar to what happens in some RPGs. If so, refer to a page in LTM's tutorial that has a section on creating non-playing characters and how to make them "talk to you." Here is the link
