In chamber 3. Apparently I need an arrow. Where might I find one. Been to every room except the 2 in the middle and the top 3.

If I remember right, the two rooms in the middle you get to from secret passages, and they are item rooms, as well as.......
look closely once you pick up the items.

How do you access the top 3 then? Same way? After what items? I can't get them. The only one I've gotten in here is the whistle. I assume you mean the raft and bombs?

With the whistle , find secret passages to items
when you are in the item room look closely and find a way to the last rooms

There are two screens with two big dragons on the floor
whistle a nice tune when you find those rooms

Ok. Stuck in chamber 4. Short a key that I need for the chest. All other doors have been opened. Even got the heart from neptune. What am I missing?

you get the key by killing the dodongo's 2 screens before the chest

In chamber 5. Need the flippers or something to cross the water to the newts eye. How does one reach that one room I can't get to?

you need the fire boomerang from level 7

where you have to get left to the room with the bow use the whistle
I think from the 2nd sword you go the the master sword in chamber 9

Si, that means Yes in espanol which means spanish.

So where do I get that fire boomerang

In room 7 in the middle up , you get it just by killing all enemies on that screen ,
think you get there by going from the start to the right ;)
