Make .exe?

Can you make a standalone .exe out of your game? I know you must have Zelda Classic to play the custom games. But is there any program or any way to combine these two to make a standalone .exe file?

No. That's the shortest answer I know. Of course if you are a ZC developer, maybe, but what is the point?

You can unzip ZC into a folder and play it from there without any installation on, say, a school computer. But putting it all into one .exe file? Well you could zip the folder and have a self-extracting .exe but that's not what you asked about.
