Isn't Anarchy Online 100% as long as you don't use any expansions?

I tried this out a while back, and it didn't particularly strike my fancy. If you want a free MMO, I highly suggest trying out Shards of Dalaya (http://www.shardsofdalaya.com/) for free Everquest or UO: Redemption (http://www.uoredemption.com/) for hot Ultima Online action.
