How do I get more colors for editing sprites? I want to make my own Metroid sprites, but I'm only allowed a few colors. How do I change this to where I get more colors?

Can't. Sorry. At the moment, you're restricted to exactly one Cset per individual tile. You can, however, assign a single alternate Cset to any number of fourths of a combo. Right-click on any combo. (This is just an example.) Edit it. Take a look at the Walkable square, the pink one. (If it's not pink, it's gray, meaning walkable.) To its right, is a box where you can specify the aqua-colored "Alternate Cset" indicator, in which portions of that combo highlighted aqua like that will use the Alternate Cset you specify above Animation frames and speed to its left. Unless your sprite in question has more than 16 colors all over the tile, rather than having these other colors in only half of it or something, you can make half the tile (And therefore combo) use other colors.

...

This post is -WAY- too complex, even by my own standards. O_o' ... Just know that you can't yet, Okay? :p XD

You could create a level pallette with an entire CSet devoted to colors for the Metroid. That might be helpful. But I don't know much about pallettes... and you still couldn't really use more than the (what is it, 16 colors per CSet?) in one combo.
