Bubble controlling

I want make little puzzle,where is room where is bombable door,but if you want there you must touch bubble that freezes your items.
So you must do something that you can bomb that door.So I have little problem,how I can "control" bubbles,like they stay same place always.Do anyone have ideas?

I don't know how to make bubbles freeze, but an alternitive is to make it where there are 10 bubbles, lined up diagonally. That makes it hard(almost impossible to get past them.

Yeah,that's good idea.And if I put wall around them,they can't escape very easily.Of course wall have hole,where Link can go :D

Wow, that seems to be a great idea. I'm making a long quest (and I mean LONG. It's got more than 4 areas)...

What areas you mean?Overworld,dungeons?I make now very long too.It contains about 14 islands,8 dungeons,many many caves,many mini dungeons and more.Long quests are best!
