how do i edit sprites?

quest -> graphics -> tiles.
You can at this point take a screenshot, edit it, save; then press grab, file and load the bitmap. Pick your edited tile but remember it must use the same palette as Zquest. Or you can simply press edit and use the built-in tile editor. To use new combos or change the ones in use right-click them in the main window then click on the sprite to select a new one.
