does any one know how to setup the secert combos for lock block so they open up one at a time soory is this has been said already

Lock block is a combo type, not a flag. It has nothing to do with secrets. A lock block changes into the combo 1 after it in the combo list. And if you touch one lock block with a key all lock blocks on that screen trigger. There's no way around that. The only exception is you can have multiple locked doors in one room if you make them with the door tool.
