Music formats

I used only midis,but now I need use other formats too,because I don't have program that can create midis.So here is some questions:
1.What music formats I can use?Can I use Wav or Ogg Vorbis files?
2.How I can set these musics on my game?
3.Because these music files save outside quest file,how I can check that them play in any computers any file?

For .mp3's, to make sure the music is the same just add it in the .zip file, it's called T music or something like that in zquest to add that kind of music. So jsut add T music (Format other than .mid) and let the player download the music with the quest.

Problem is, most places wont accept it in a database becasue the quest file gets so big with a lot of music other than .mid in the zip file.
