I have some block questions.
Can I make blocks that you must push many times?Like over switch.
Can I make that when you push block,item appear somewhere that room?
What the secret block(or something like that)flag do?
And final no block question:when you set new tiles to right side the screen and put its type,like water,what is that black box "Next"?

yep, use the proper block flag and set a block trigger flag on the switch.

Can I make that when you push block,item appear somewhere that room?
You could place a block with a push flag to be slid onto a block trigger flag that has a chest in secret combo 16 show up with a room type special item.
after placing the chest in secret combo 16 hold Ctrl and click on it and choose armos=item as it's secondary flag, and set an open chest in undercombo


What the secret block(or something like that)flag do?
I don't remember one being called that.

next is for use as a cycling combo, it's for linking animations together.
