192b183 timed warp.

I have to use v192b183 now. How many timed warp tics does it take to make 1 second? Answer and it will help. Back when 2.1o worked, it had (0.00 seconds) beside the number of tics. In 192, that does not exist. Man how I wish 2.10 worked again.

It takes exactly 60 tics to get one second.

Or more precisely, however many frames per second ZC is running at.

So since my comp is slow so i set the tics lower and somone who plays my quest that has a fast comp wil mess up the tics?

I don't think that will happen because the tics are included with the quest
