Pallette problems

I have two questions about pallettes and c-sets.
1.I make now 8-dungeon,and I must edit cave pallette little.But now,Stalfos 3 is black!I don't know what happened but please help!I don't like black Stalfoses.Same happening Farore's Wind's icon too.

2.I loaded some shore tiles and readme file say that you must rip pallette on c-set.How I can do it?I know how use c-sets,but how create them?

Just going by what you said I guess the stalfos 3 is cset 9, cset 9 changes with each level palette.
guess you'll have to change it back.
