You might also want to try this (http://web.archive.org/web/20040211061016/casadealphadawg.com/zc/zqtutorial/index.html) tutorial. It's a bit outdated, bu IMO it's the best for walking you through the basics.
Unfortunately, the only mirror there was went down a month ago, so this is most likely the best you can find right now. It's probably not a perfect archive, but is for the most part useable. :)
