View Full Version : Feed The Goriya?How?

I made a room Feed the Goriya,OK I do have the Bait but when i put it on the ground(On the Goriya's room)Nothing happens not even triggering a different message

Another question how can i make Link go to a different Cave instead of that same Cave?

Version currently using 2.10

Did you place the goriya's guy in the room?

room type "feed the goriya"
message string and guy
and a level number on the dmap where the screen is.

To have different "cave" rooms just make the screens and make dmaps to warp to them

did you follow the steps?

ROOM TYPE... feed the goriya
GUY.. goriya
MESSAGE STRING.. grumble grumble (or whatever)
LEVEL NUMBER on dmap.

It works, there is nothing wrong with it, no bugs, so you must be doing a step wrong somewhere, but without seeing it one could only guess where.
What do you mean by "triggering another message", once you feed the goriya he simply disappears.

The level number is PERFECTLY 0 like it should be freedom!
Does it has to be on a dungeon to work or what!?It is in overworld is this the prob i am having!

Level number must be non-zero or the guy will never show up.

The guy shows up just ignores the Bait i gave him,The string also show up aswell but OK i would set it up above Zero.

If you don't want it to be a dungeon umber, set it to 20 or something, like if you want it to be a game and you have to give him the ticket or something like that, but set the number above the dungeon numbers (1-9) if you want it by itself, you can use it in dungeons.
