Solid tiles?

I want do cloud dungeon,and I loaded cloud dungeon tile set to Purezc.I need new door combo set so I create it.But I need solid tiles for locks and shutters.Link walks now over them.But I don't have enought solid tiles,because I need them other places.So can I create new solid tiles?
This is hard problem for me.

To make a tile solid just right click on it on the right side of the screen and highlight the middle box at the top of the screen so that it is red if it is red it is solid if it is grey it is not.
