help in isle of the winds

in the isle of the winds after level 1 how do you get 2 level 2.

You need the raft your sister gives you, and remember there are some points where you can actually STEER it. (Hold down an arrow button). And you'll notice soon enough that you don't get anywehere in this quest without super bombs (try looking on desert island). If you read the fairie's hint you will be looking for something like a forest island.

Yes and only at 4 rock intersections. Where 4 rocks are spaced in a square formation (most of the time) with a gap in the middile for your raft to go through.

But it is possible to play the whole quest without ever knowing about steering (using the flippers once you get them) as I once did.

lol, yes, but that may be beyond the skill of most players though Koopa. Although the option is open to you from the start.

not so much an option ... I didn't konw then having only played the 1st/2nd quests. And so I made a map of all raft paths (though I've lost that now). It made me feel quite stupid when I had got the flippers in such a hard way to learn that you can steer.

I actually think you have to have to steer to finish the quest, think about getting superbombs in order to go to level 2.
