Whistle Warps

How do I control where the Whistle Warp takes you, everytime I try it, it will always take me to the top of the screen.

Green square I think (if not, it's the blue one).

Yes, go into Quest>Misc.>Whistle Warps

There you can select the dungeons that you need to have beaten to warp there and also where it warps you to.

You also ened to set up the green square thing.
