Little question about custom bosses

I know how I can do custom bosses,but I want know one thing,how you make warps?I mean how you use blue warp icon,when you make bosses?Because if you want moving boss,you must use many screens and warps.But if Link is example left corner,and screen change (timed warp or other) and next screen's blue warp icon's place is right corner.How I can make that Link stays left corner?I don't know if anyone understand what I talking,but if you understand please answer!

I barely don't understand bosses but the blue Icon is always your exit.Maybe set your warp tile to direct warp and this will send you directly where you were
