First, you need to head south-east to megacity. then keep going in the houses and a girl should say: well i don't remember.. but she'll give you bombs. then find a cracked RED wall and bomb it. you'll be in the sewers, then you'll eventually find your way out.. and then you'll be by the power plant, go in it, then start exploring.
