I bet there's names like this all over the world. What's really sad is that people take time and effort to find them all and organise them into a list.

The book was created by Rob Bailey and Ed Hurts, who used to live in Lincolnshire.

It was inspired by a story of a young couple who moved out of their new home on Butt Hole road after taxi-drivers and delivery people refused to visit, believing them to be pranksters.

I wouldn't blame the couple. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't have moved there in the first place.

There was an article about all the rude names in Britain on the news and in the paper the other day... I'm sure there was one near me somewhere. I have seen my fair share of rude street names in Britain - most of the villages with names like "Cock" come from some bastardised Celtic.
I have seen Bell End, before though. The place, of course.
Darth, I don't think that you'll find many in America. Britain's names all come from Anglo-Saxon and the like, and America's are all borrowed. Just be proud.

I saw the online news report of the Austrian city where they talked about the signs being stolen. All the references to the name were stared or scrambled. I know ther is bad language but that is like not talking about the animal, I believe horse and mule offspring, the jackass.
