working with color palletes

i want to edit links appearance. but the pallete that i'm using doesnt have the right colors. i found out how to change the colors for cset 9 but how do you change it for the rest of the csets??? i noticed the game uses cset 6 for link. plz help

If y ou're using 2.10, go to Graphics>Palettes and then go to cset 9,. then edit all of the pallettes there. Unless i'm wrong and that you have to go into Grpahics>Tiles and select a tile, then edit it and go to 'pallette' from there, it's one of them. Well, the second way lets you edit the current selected pallette.

Quest ->Palettes ->Main - Cset 6 is Link's cset with no ring.

Quest ->Palettes->Sprites->1 - Cset Cset 6 is Link's cset with the blue ring.

Quest ->Palettes->Sprites->1 - Cset Cset 7 is Link's cset with the red ring.

Quest ->Palettes->Sprites->1 - Cset Cset 8 is Link's cset with the gold ring.

Quest ->Palettes->Sprites->1 - Cset Cset 9 is the quest icon with no ring.

Quest ->Palettes->Sprites->1 - Cset Cset 10 is the quest icon with the blue ring.

Quest ->Palettes->Sprites->1 - Cset Cset 11 is the quest icon with the red ring.

Quest ->Palettes->Sprites->1 - Cset Cset 12 is the quest icon with the gold ring.
