I'm assuming you didn't put the house on it's own DMap, given that then the answer would be trivial, but rather that you're talking about the place you go to using the standard room type set on the overworld method. Those take you to screen 80 (IIRC), which I know is on the lower left corner of the map. Just edit that screen. (The screen to the right of it is where you're taken if the room type is a 3 stair warp.)
