Problem with dungeon doors.

Why Link walks in dungeons over doors? Shutter doors changes into passage doors. And locked doors too. How can I fix it?
Freeform dungeon are unchecked.

i'm not a pro or ne thing. but i'm pretty sure its because the adjacent passage way is blocked. for example: if you have a bomable wall on the NORTH wall and then a locked for another bomable door on the SOUTH wall in the next room then these thing occur. it's happened to me to. if it persists best thing to do is start over. hope that helped :D

check your dmap type.
automatic doors only work in dungeon dmaps.
You didn't say what tileset you are using, so nobody has any way of knowing if the door sets are set up right or wrong, or even there.
