The original 1st and 2nd quests from the Legend of Zelda are complete and true to the originals, containing all of the features of the NES game.

Zelda Classic, specifically ZQuest, while already robust and impressive, is a constantly evolving product and could therefore be considered "in progress", even though it already does more than you need to make your own custom quests with all original NES features.
