Stuck in the rocks

I've downloaded 2.10. It works fine. Beat the first game, but when I tried to start the second game, I'm stuck up in the very left-hand corner, in a wall of rock. Has anyone had this problem or know why?

Zelda Classic does not make a seamless transition from the 1st to 2nd quest. You must register a new character under the name "Zelda" to use the 2nd quest. If you register as "Alpha" you can play the unofficial 3rd quest.
