View Full Version : Invisible Gleeok 2 Fire

I'm not sure if this is a bug or just me missing something about palettes.

I've started using ZQuest 2.10 and am trying to make a "Gleeok (Fire, 1 Head)" guard an enterance on the overworld (dmap 0, level 0). I filled in the extra sprite palettes 1, cset 13 to my liking, but I can't find where the cset for its fire breath is. Currently, the Gleeok shows up, but the fire breath doesn't; you just get damaged and thrown back. I've tried flooding the palettes try to get anything to show up, but it's still invisible :(. Fire from candles is still visable.

In the ZC192 version, the new enemy tiles rule seemed to handle this, but it appears as if that is gone.

Maybe the enemie is set to gleeock without fire or you turned on new enemie tiles or invisable enemies in screen data. New enemie tiles screw me up sometimes on 2.10.

You must be using the pure set, if I remember right.
The fire tiles are removed, they are in the enemy tiles.
just put them back in.
