how to rip roms?

i have a rom i want to rip. the problem is, i don't know how. can anyone tell me?

I've also wondered how to rip roms but maybe, just maybe you can put your rom at the (D: ) or something like that and a window might pop up. I'm not an expert but I would wait for others that know more than me. I am curious about ripping roms also!

your talking about the tiles right?

just take a screenshot (Print Screen Key) and make them into tiles using an image editor like paint or paint shop pro or photoshop ect.

Edit: Oh, and if your trying to click the grab button on the ZC tile editor that's not how ROMs work. ROMs are like the games on your computer. To play them you need to d/l an emulator. Then you simply open the ROM with the emulator to play the game. You have to take a screenshot and rip and fit the tiles yourself to get them. Most games use 8x8 tiles so it can be difficult sometimes to make them into your own 16x16 tiles. Good luck though!
