Quest Editor won't work

The quest editor will run but all it does is gives me a message:


Loading Quest...
Decrypting...Error.
-- press a key --

Also when i start Zelda Classic it shows the title screen but then "register your name" screen is all dark and when i type the name and push start it says


Error Loading 1st.qst:

internal error ocurred

C:\Program Files\Zelda Classic 2.10\1st.qst



I'm running the windows version of 2.10
Somebody help me!

redownload and re install the program. If that does not work post another reply with more details, such as the os you are using, ect, ect

I'm using widows xp home edition, and i've even tried installing an old version, but it doesn't work either
re-installing doesn't help either, but i suppose i'm not using an administrative account, either. But it says it was installed just fine.
