could someone please make me some ice tiles, like mountain shape but made of ice so i can make a glaceir or something. help would be appreciated :)

Are these good enough, used for a dungeon in a kirby quest. Should I say 2 kirby quests?

Some tilesets might have them. :D

These might be of some use. (http://purezc.com/index.php?page=tiles&id=120) Alternatively, you could just recolor your normal mountain tiles to look snowy.
