When you go up the vine all the way and through the clouds, is it just a mirror of below or is anything different except the ground. I can't find lvl 2!

I think I can help, regardless. When you come to a part where it seems you can't go any further, you're pitted agaisnt a Link and some... Boos? Kill them all and clouds will appear allowing you to continue. There is a screen where you have to fight some Links and Boos to get the Bow (It's a glove), so remember to get that before going inside L2.

in the clouds, from the start go down, left, and up the vine

I've been up the vine, gotten the glove, now what?

You keep going up through the clouds until you enter a cloud structure.

several times you have to kill all enemies to advance (a new path will appear) oh, and the sword removes those brick walls
