Triforce Problem

For my quest, when I place triforce in it's correct map, when I test it and try to collect it, it doesn't show up on my inventory. How can I fix this?

I am just going to tell you exactly how to place the triforce as to eliminate most if not all possible problems. After you have set up your dungeon boss and make your triforce room just place your triforce shard where you want it and set the side warp, be sure to set the side warp.

Make sure your dungeon is set to the correct level.

Set the dmaps so the dmap won't be stuck in the pause menu.
