At the end when Regal watched Dr. Hikari pass out, who turned on SoulNet and talked to him? My friend and I were having an argument about this. I think it was Wily, talking to Regal the same way Gramps talked to Lan. A few reasons because they were related, just like Lan and Gramps, and when Gramps talked there was no picture, the same as when whoever talked to Regal. Dr. Hikari also noted that he thought that Wily would have like to change his ways and they always talk about passing stuff on to the next generation. So why not turn SoulNet back on and erase Regal's memory to change his son's ways? Any ideas on this?
