I meant how do you get different rooms to go to different places. Like links house warps to a different room than a shop or cave.

Actually, he kinda did tell you how that works. ;) Hopefully I can explain it a little bit better though. Nice try Z_M. :)

Okay, first of all, take a look in the lower left corner of the main ZQuest Screen. You'll see the map with all your screens as 3x3 pixels, right? There's a map number there, as well as a screen number. It'll read a two-digit number. That number is important to warp. It's the coordinates of the screen that you'll warp to.

But, how do you know which map it's looking to warp to? Well, it's not asking you which map it's looking for. It's asking for the Dmap.

The Dmap is a basic description of the "area" that you're in. It has music info, color palette info, map appearance, level number, etc.

BTW, there are two kinds of warps. Tile Warps depend on Cave, Cave 2, Direct Warp, and Stair Warp type combos. The Side Warp depends on you walking off the screen.

So to set a tile warp, go to Data-->Tile Warp, (Or hit F10, it's the hotkey.) and set the Dmap of the place you're warping to, (It already has the map number in it.) and then the screen coordinates. Hit "GO" To see where it'll warp to. If it doesn't warp to the right place, just alter the screen coordinates until you're satisfied with the warp destination.
