Control problem

I'm new here, so please be gentle. :)

I downloaded the ZeldaClassic 2.10 a few days ago and installed it. It runs fine, but I seem to have a problem with the controls. I'm using a keyboard and running it on Windows XP Home. When I start the game and am in the menu it only responds to down, right, map, and start. When I get past the menu, only start and map work. Does anybody know what causes this and what I can do to fix it?

press esc. to get the gray menu thing up and change the key directions. i think :shrug:

or mabey, your playing a quest thats meant for a different version.

In zelda.exe, when you're at the Quest Selection screen, press escape, go to Settings, and look in Key Buttons at the top. You can set the buttons to anything you'd like there.

Your "error" doesn't describe setting these yourself, so I can only assume that you just haven't looked in there yet. :shrug:
