.zip files

I downloaded tiles but it says there .zip files and not .til. could somebody tell me how to use them?

You need a program like Winzip (http://www.winzip.com/) or [http://www.rarlab.com/]WinRAR[/url] to view ZIP files. ZIP files are packages that contain and compresses several smaller files. Operating systems like Windows XP can read ZIP files by themselves, but if this is not your case then you need one of the above programs, or another like them.
