boss keys?

Hi, im having trouble with boss keys. they never appear! ive chosen the boss key combo but it still never appears! it isnt even there! :odd: how do i make them appear? i have 2.10, btw.

When you say they do not appear do you mean the key itself or the door

Ok here is what you do starting from the very begining. First you design your boss key in the tile page. After you do that you must set your tile as the boss key sprite. To do this go to graphics> sprites> item. select boss key select the current pic of what the key is set for and select your key. After that go into your map find the room you want to put the boss key in go to item an select boss key.
