What do the Boots do? Also, what do I do if I want to turn the Stepladder into the Hover Boots? Thanks.

the boots null all damage combos. and that would be very hard to do with the hover boots as the stepladder, because the graphic for the boot would appear under Link, instead of the hover-light thingy that should appear (like in OoT)
